Qualifications & Experience Sought Current Georgia Speech Language Pathologist License. Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting (elementary or middle school preferred). Proficiency in assessment, development, and execution of IEPs. Strong communication and organization skills. Compassion and adaptability when working with students, teachers, and caregivers. Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students on caseload. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to student needs. Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups, primarily onsite. Collaborate with families and school staff, participating in IEP meetings and progress monitoring.
