YOU WILL BE As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling. You will support the store’s sales, profitability, and customer experience through daily operational tasks. WHAT YOU WILL DO Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound/outbound freight Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in‑store customer orders Place merchandise to meet store standards Implement price changes, reticketing, and product signage when marked Process reticketing, damages, mark‑out‑of‑stock, and other inventory control tasks Back‑stock merchandise and maintain a well‑organized stockroom Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to set sale events and signage while ensuring standards are followed Assist with the set‑up and take‑down of in‑store events and activations Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas WHAT YOU WILL BRING 1+ year of retail experience Flexibility to handle competing tasks with a “win together” mentality Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office Product Suite Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays YOUR LIFE AND CAREER AT NEIMAN MARCUS Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment during a period of growth and transformation. SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS Salary Range: $17.05 – $21.32 per hour (market, experience, and qualifications may affect starting pay). Compensation varies by geographic location.
