About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice Chancellor for Development to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing the institution's fundraising and engagement strategy. This role is pivotal in overseeing various key areas of the fundraising enterprise, including parent giving, campus-wide development programs, industry and foundation relations, and providing fundraising support for the university's research institutes. The AVC will also be deeply involved in campaign implementation, chancellor fundraising initiatives, and fostering cross-campus collaboration. A strategic and relationship-driven leader is essential, with the ability to align institutional priorities, donor interests, and philanthropic opportunities to meet the university's ambitious fundraising goals.
