Location: Shreveport & Bossier City, LA

Schedule: All Shifts Available

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Machine Operators for manufacturing and production facilities throughout the Shreveport and Bossier area. We are seeking dependable individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced industrial environments and operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

These positions may involve operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, performing quality checks, and assisting with general manufacturing duties. Opportunities are available for day shift, night shift, and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely
Monitor machine performance and production output
Load materials and remove finished products from equipment
Perform quality inspections on finished products
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs
Maintain accurate production records when required
Keep work areas clean and organized
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules when needed
