Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Rate Range: ? $30-40/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
Complete benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) (for full-time openings)

Key Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans under OT supervision
Assist patients with daily living and functional activities
Document progress and communicate updates to OT
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current TX license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and patient-care focus
