Child & Adolescent Psychiatry | Western North Carolina

Step into an established community behavioral health program offering long-term career growth, leadership potential, and broad clinical variety across child, adolescent, and adult populations. Practicing alongside a multidisciplinary team of four psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and a clinical psychologist, you will help drive program expansion in a supportive environment. This full-time position in Western North Carolina pairs high guaranteed earnings with federal loan forgiveness eligibility.

Practice Details

• Full-spectrum psychiatry serving child, adolescent, and adult patients
• Integrated inpatient and outpatient model
• Team of four psychiatrists, APPs, and a psychologist

Schedule

• Inpatient rounding starts at 8:30 am, outpatient clinic mid-day
• Early wrap-up on Fridays
• Structure designed to be sustainable long-term

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at 335,000
• 30 days PTO plus 5 CME days and a 5,000 annual CME allowance
• Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
