Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, incorporating insights from patients' medical histories to understand their conditions better.
• Devise and execute comprehensive treatment plans that address both psychological and medical aspects of care.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to encourage patient development and resilience.
• Work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure that patients receive coordinated and effective treatments.
• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies and offer immediate support to affected individuals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, suitable for building rapport with diverse patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
