Direct message the job poster from Pursuit Sales Recruiter | Recruiting Elite Sales Talent | Aesthetics, Medical Device, Software, & B2B Senior Accountant Full-Time | Reports to CEO | Path to Controller We’re working with a fast-growing medical distributor seeking a sharp, hands-on Accountant to join their Riverton-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, owns their numbers, and is ready to grow into a Controller position. What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily accounting operations: AP/AR, reconciliations, GL
- Oversee month-end and year-end close
- Prepare financial reports and statements for the CEO
- Analyze gross margin, cash flow, landed cost, and pricing
- Maintain internal controls and support ERP system upgrades
- Collaborate with ops and purchasing to align financial tracking
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- ERP experience (Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus)
- Background in healthcare distribution or logistics
- Experience with margin-based financial models
- Mentorship and growth into a Controller role
