Responsibilities Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and on‑going projects. Develop, monitor, and resolve status issues and negative impacts to schedule critical paths. Provide guidance on design issues, client concerns, and code issues. Lead project managers, design teams, and contractors on monthly project progress meetings. Develop and maintain project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative) and 4D/5D models. Manage critical monthly progress reports and forensic scheduling analysis. Review client schedules for as‑planned validation, labor productivity, critical‑path delay, and acceleration. Develop risk‑management plans using crystal ball and PRA techniques. Manage resource and cost loading of schedules, and monitor scope control and change management impacts. Provide mentorship to Scheduler I and Scheduler II team members. Perform additional duties as assigned and attend work during normal business hours. Qualifications Proven experience developing and maintaining project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative). Proficiency in 4D/5D modeling. Experience performing forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects independently. Experience with estimate validation, cost adjustments, and comparative cost analyses. Knowledge of pre‑ and post‑construction cost audits and valuations. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to develop high‑level logic‑driven schedules. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients, and to manage projects in compressed timeframes. BS in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred). 5‑7 years of project scheduling experience (preferred). Preferred certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT, or MRICS. The range reflects base salary only and may be adjusted based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
