Project ManagerDistrict Partners has been engaged by one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the country in their search for a Project Manager to join their Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic transformation initiatives across the organization as part of a Project Management team, partnering with executive sponsors, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive projects from initiation through benefits realization.This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager who is energized by leading enterprise-scale transformation work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role typically operates in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel to business unit sites.What You'll be Owning:Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation workstreams, including scope definition, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk managementDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and milestone roadmaps aligned to the enterprise transformation portfolioServe as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and steering committees, providing regular status reporting, risk escalation, and decision recommendationsCoordinate cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, operations, and change management to ensure integrated executionIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate blockers with recommended resolution paths in a timely mannerManage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations; report variances and corrective actions to leadershipDrive adherence to ETO governance standards, including stage-gate reviews, documentation requirements, and change control processesPartner with the change management function to develop stakeholder communication plans and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of workingTrack and report on benefits realization and key performance indicators tied to transformation objectivesFacilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to maintain alignment and momentumSupport continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and methodologies used across the transformation portfolioWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred4+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or change initiativesPMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification required; Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) a plusDemonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and interdependenciesProven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standardsExperience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or enterprise transformation function preferredStrong command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) and reporting/dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Competencies:Connects project outcomes to broader enterprise transformation goals and uses sound business judgment to guide decisionsCommunicates clearly with senior stakeholders and steering committees, presenting recommendations, risks, and decisions with confidence and credibilityBuilds strong working relationships across executives, managers, employees, suppliers, and vendors; collaborates effectively across functions and resolves conflict constructivelyManages multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands while maintaining quality, accuracy, and follow-throughAnalyzes information, identifies issues, and applies practical problem-solving skills to resolve challenges and keep work moving forwardOperates effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments; adjusts priorities as business needs shift and maintains composure under pressureWorks comfortably in both Agile and Waterfall environments, adapting project management methods to fit the needs of the workApplies change management principles and organizational change frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR, to support adoption and sustained outcomesMaintains strict confidentiality, safeguards client and firm data, and upholds high ethical standards in all practices
