Your responsibilities You ensure the alignment between forecast, sales performance, and replenishment planning to maintain accurate and demand-driven stock levels. You manage purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate order data, timely execution, and full supplier follow-up. You oversee inbound delivery flows and logistics coordination to secure timely and compliant goods receipt across all channels. You monitor stock levels and availability continuously, ensuring system reliability through high data accuracy. You drive stock turnover and assortment performance through balanced sell‑through, pricing, and campaign measures in line with commercial objectives. You explore and apply AI‑driven insights and tools to optimize inventory planning, decision‑making, and operational performance. Your profile You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. You bring at least 2 years of experience in purchase order or inventory management, ideally within e‑commerce or retail operations. You possess a solid understanding of operational supply‑chain processes and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel. You have experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP MM) and preferably a basic understanding of Tableau or SQL. Your work style is characterized by a high degree of ownership, strong analytical skills, and entrepreneurial thinking. You are highly organized and motivated to continuously improve processes and tools. You are fluent in English; German language skills are a significant plus.
