Lead Consultant – Genesys - IVR Duration: Permanent Hire / Full Time Job Description We are hiring a Lead Consultant for Genesys IVR solutions with our direct client. The role requires extensive experience in business process consulting, Genesys call routing, custom IVR applications, and project management. Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes At least 4 years of experience with Genesys 8.x version for call routing and reporting purposes Experience working on Java/WebSphere based custom application for IVR At least 2 years of experience in Development/Configuration/Solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment Analytical and Communication skills Project and talent management experience Experience with project management Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 7 years of experience with IT Development #J-18808-Ljbffr Ampcus Inc
