FIGS is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst to serve as the People Team's strategic data partner. This role will drive compensation analysis, equity forecasting, workforce planning, organizational modeling, and people analytics that inform executive decision‑making and business strategy. As a key partner to Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs, you will own end‑to‑end forecasting, develop executive dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to shape compensation, benefits, and #J-18808-Ljbffr FIGS
