Northeast Philadelphia pediatric dental office looking for part-time or full-time Dental Assistant to join our wonderful team. Up to 5-day work week, with 1 evening per alternate week. No weekends.

We are a privately owned solo doctor practice with tight knit team that has been serving the community for over 35 years. Responsibilities include:

• Chairside dental assisting
• Sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Setting up and breaking down rooms
• Taking x-rays and dental impressions
• Coordinating patient care with front desk
• Maintaining and keeping clinical records in order
• Unboxing materials, verifying orders and stocking supplies

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated desire to work in a pediatric setting
• Experience as a dental assistant or graduate of a dental assisting program
• Radiology certification
• CPR certification

Preferred qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Dentrix dental management software
• Speaking a foreign language is helpful
