Pay: $18-$22/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday |6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Location: Donora, PA

Now Hiring: Hands-On Industrial Equipment Technician!

We're seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Industrial Equipment Technician to join a growing team in Donora, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with conveyor system, fabrication, or maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving in a fast-paced industrial environment.

If you like building, fixing, and keeping systems running smoothly-this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Assemble conveyor systems by lifting, aligning, and bolting components to structural frames
Measure and assist with structural steel assemblies for proper fit and alignment
Pull, stage, band, and package materials for shipment and distribution
Safely operate hand tools and small power tools in an industrial setting
Troubleshoot conveyor system issues and perform repairs as needed
Replace worn or damaged mechanical components
Support installation and upgrades of conveyor systems and equipment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience with conveyor systems, maintenance, or industrial assembly preferred
Ability to safely operate a forklift
Strong ability to read a tape measure accurately
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
Must wear steel-toe boots on job site
