Summary:
Supports the efficient and effective medical office operations. Ensures easy, efficient, and service-oriented check-in/registration and check-out processes. Manages all incoming calls, creates patient encounters, and schedules appointments. Supports practice operations and medical record requests. Collects payments and balances financial legers.

Education:
* High School Diploma or GED

Experience:
* One Year

*Level II screening required
