Position: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and leadership qualities.

Shift:

• 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Nursing Process to ensure effective patient care in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in planning and delivering safe patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience level of available staff.
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel involved in patient care.

Requirements:

• Current Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be from the American Heart Association).
• Experience with ventilators and tracheostomy care.
• Previous experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Demonstrated travel nursing experience.
