Senior Construction Inspector

We are a growing commercial construction and roofing company with operations across multiple states and aggressive growth objectives. Due to our current growth and hiring demands, we are seeking additional recruiting support to help accelerate several critical searches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipelines, filling difficult positions, and making an immediate impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. While this position is initially structured as a contract engagement, there is potential for a long-term opportunity based on performance and company needs. This is not an administrative recruiting position. We are looking for a true hunter and builder. Right Candidate Will: Love the hunt and proactively source passive candidates. Team Environment This role will work closely with our existing HR and recruiting team and partner directly with executive leadership to accelerate hiring efforts and support our aggressive growth objectives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working collaboratively, sharing ideas, and helping build scalable recruiting processes while making an immediate impact on critical hiring initiatives. Critical Positions to Recruit Business Development Managers Chief Estimators / Senior Estimators Project Managers Superintendents Roofing Sales Professionals Other leadership and operational positions as needed Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical positions. Build and maintain candidate pipelines. Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry contacts. Conduct candidate screening and qualification. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication. Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions. Provide recruiting activity and pipeline reporting. Partner with company leadership to accelerate hiring efforts. QualificationsRequired 5+ years of recruiting experience. Proven success recruiting difficult-to-fill positions. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. Experience recruiting passive candidates. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and drive results. Preferred Commercial construction recruiting experience. Roofing industry recruiting experience. Experience recruiting estimators, project managers, superintendents, business development professionals, and leadership positions. Existing network within the construction industry.
