Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our per diem team at Desert Peak Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and rehabilitation progress

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in patient education and family support activities

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arizona

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
