Role Overview Provides comprehensive nursing care by developing individualized care plans, assessing patient conditions, and delivering physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families. Key Responsibilities Review physician prescriptions, communicate care plans, and coordinate with healthcare team members. Develop nursing diagnoses, establish care objectives, and implement interventions. Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care. Evaluate patient outcomes, modify care plans as needed, and ensure adherence to standards. Maintain a safe environment by following infection control, medication, and safety protocols. Document care services accurately in patient records. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of patient care equipment and supplies. Maintain professional competence through ongoing learning. Qualifications & Skills Current active RN license in the practice state. Effective communication and visual acuity to perform duties. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
