This person will coordinate, process and review daily Cape Cod Central Railroad ticket reservations, specifically Polar Express Train tickets, to ensure a high-level positive guest experience. This is often a guest's first interaction with Cape Cod Central Railroad, so it is critical that it is a positive experience. This is a full-time, seasonal non-exempt position primarily in Onset/Buzzards Bay, MA. (Training in Hyannis, MA). We offer opportunities for career growth and advancement within Cape Cod Central Railroad and Mass Coastal Railroad. The season starts now, thru the end of December.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnswer guest inquiries and questions in a professional and timely mannerCommunicate with guests via phone, computer, and in personAssist in facilitating group sales with tour operatorsBe knowledgeable of train seating detailsFollow Cape Cod Central Railroad's established standards, instructions, and proceduresReport issues or guest concerns to Reservations SupervisorPosition will work primarily in Onset/Buzzards Bay, MA, but may require working out of multiple locations including Hyannis.Position RequirementsExperience in ticket reservations preferredFamiliarity with Fare Harbor tour and activity booking solution preferredInterpersonal and customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way; at least 1 year of experienceStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to speak slowly and clearly in person and on the phoneMust remain professional at all timesFull-Time/Part-Time - Full-TimeCity - Buzzards Bay, MA
