Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Inbound Calls:Manage customer inquiries and provide information about insurance options.
• Insurance Consultation:Offer expert advice on insurance products that best fit clients' requirements.
• Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to enhance coverage.
• Client Relationship Management:Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Licensing:Active Texas insurance license preferred - required to pass exam prior to start date.
• Bilingual:Proficient in speaking Spanish.
• Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous. Allstate experience preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer Focus:A dedication to meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
• Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
