JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

- Gestión comercial completa del ciclo de vida del cliente, desde la prospección, seguimiento y el cierre, con el propósito de lograr la máxima ocupación de las unidades (cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad Greystar)

- Realizar recorridos comerciales por las propiedades, mostrando los departamentos, explicando el concepto y también las áreas comunes de lujo

- Gestión posterior de nuestros clientes, aportando proactivamente a la construcción y desarrollo de la mejor experiencia (eventos, mudanzas, actividades diversas)

- Manejo diario de los indicadores claves de gestión a través del CRM
