We're looking for a friendly, organized professional to become the first impression of our office. While you'll greet customers, answer phones, and keep things running smoothly, this role is much more than sitting behind a front desk. You'll build relationships with customers, solve problems, and become a trusted resource for people during some of life's biggest moments. If you enjoy working with people, learning new things, and being part of a close-knit team, we'd like to meet you.What You'll DoWelcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.Answer questions, schedule appointments, and direct customers to the right team member.Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and general service needs.Process policy updates accurately and maintain detailed customer records.Build lasting relationships by getting to know our customers and providing outstanding service.Recognize when customers may benefit from reviewing their insurance and help connect them with the appropriate team member.Help keep the office organized and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.What We're Looking ForInsurance experience isn't required.
