Role Associate Director, Forecast Lead for Plasma-Derived Therapies, overseeing demand forecasting for in-line products, pipeline assets, and business development in the U.S. FTP Business Unit. The position reports to senior leadership, with potential team management responsibilities. Responsibilities developing high-quality forecasts aligned with strategic planning, lifecycle management, and pipeline prioritization coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Brand Analytics, Finance, and Market Research leading forecast validation, scenario analysis, and executive presentations driving process improvements using advanced analytics like regression and Monte Carlo simulations managing internal/external resources, supporting pipeline and lifecycle forecasts, and providing strategic insights for decision-making Requirements Bachelor’s in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, economics, engineering) with 8+ years of analytics/forecasting experience 6+ years relevant industry experience knowledge of plasma-derived therapies is a plus Must possess strong quantitative skills, pharma industry understanding, business acumen, and proficiency in Excel and analytics tools Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and automation is preferred Location Cambridge, MA, hybrid work model.
