CT/X-Ray Technologist

Seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily CT scans, while providing exceptional patient care. The role requires independent judgment, technical proficiency, and adherence to safety protocols to support accurate diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans, X-rays, and related tests.
• Operate PACS, HIS, and RIS systems efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, following infection control and OSHA standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records, images, and mandatory education requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and follow departmental protocols to facilitate diagnoses.
• Supervise or instruct department personnel or students as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of 2 years current CT experience.
• ARRT (CT) Certification is required.
• Possess a valid Massachusetts Radiology license and American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating CR, DR, CT, and PACS applications.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Must have own vehicle and include perm address in profile.
