Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a focus on Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Arizona state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
• Clinical experience in adult and geriatric healthcare.
