Direct Support Professional Pay Rate: $19.71/hr Location: Monroeville, NJ 08343 Per diems: Seeking flexible candidates with weekly 3 p‑11 p, overnight availability, and open weekends when needed. Responsibilities Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities. Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Benefits Competitive pay with pay on demand. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
