Nurse Manager Emergency Room (ER) Overland Park, KS $120K

We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager of Emergency Room (ER) to lead a high-performing Emergency Department in Overland Park, KS. This role is ideal for a strong ER Nurse Leader with a background in emergency nursing, staff leadership, and clinical operations.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily ER operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ER nurses and clinical staff
• Drive patient safety, quality improvement, and throughput efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and hospital standards
• Manage department budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and hospital leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Active Kansas RN license (or compact)
• 3+ years of ER / Emergency Department leadership experience
• Strong background in high-acuity emergency care and trauma
• Proven success in team leadership and operational management
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
