Marketing Assistant/Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and consumer products industry, is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join their team. As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting various cross-functional teams.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant/CoordinatorLocation: New York, NY Pay Range: $34.82 What's the Job?
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and launch plans for new products and core portfolio updates
- Assist in gathering insights from consumer, market, competitor, and influencer data to inform growth strategies
- Coordinate with creative teams on packaging development, artwork review, and approval processes
- Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated activation assets and content production
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a global or beauty product environment
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
