Bartender

Location: 3401 Steelyard Dr., Cleveland, OH, 44109 Job Description As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to ensure servers and customers receive the best drinks possible. You must be friendly to both staff and customers, craft drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following company standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Assist servers and customers to provide excellent service. Track inventory and supplier deliveries as needed. Qualifications Minimum 21 years old (state law). Effective communication skills with staff and customers. Commitment to making an impact and working as part of a team. Physical ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift. Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, and wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly. Benefits Competitive wages.
