Lucas Group is looking to hire Executive Recruiters for our Cincinnati, OH office. The role focuses on full-desk recruiting, using a consultative approach, networking, and technology tools. Responsibilities Full-desk recruiting of both clients and candidates with a consultative approach. Navigate the internet and recruiting technology tools to find people and companies. Develop new business relationships in Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources. Make a lot of calls, talk to professionals at all levels, drive deals, and create opportunities. Required Qualifications 1-5 years or more of sales, telesales, business development, consulting, or recruiting experience. Love sales, recruiting, and talking to people on the phone; desire to compete and win. Great written and verbal communication skills. Passion and instincts for selling and learning new industries.
