Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Electronic Assembler to join a production team manufacturing specialized electronic equipment used in the semiconductor industry. This hands-on role involves assembling small electronic products, wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and precision components using specialized hand tools and techniques.

The ideal candidate has experience in electronic or small-component assembly, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work carefully with intricate parts. Experience with soldering and microscope-assisted assembly is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic equipment, components, wiring harnesses, and cable assemblies.
• Perform precision assembly using tweezers, small hand tools, and other specialized equipment.
• Solder wires and electronic components to circuit boards as needed.
• Work with small components under a microscope or magnification equipment.
• Route, strip, connect, and terminate wires according to assembly instructions.
• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper connections.
• Identify assembly issues and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain an organized workstation and follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Meet production expectations while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in electronic assembly, precision manufacturing, or small-component production preferred.
• Soldering experience is highly desirable.
• Experience using a microscope or magnification equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, circuit boards, or electronic components preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to work with small parts using tweezers and precision hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working in a production environment.
