Registered Nurse - Night On Call - Community Hospice

Position Overview Title: On Call Visit RN (Full Time) Location: 1110 Prim Rd, Colchester, Vermont Department: HHH - Hospice Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM shift, every other week off Responsibilities Collaborate with the triage nurse team to support clients in the home setting. Attend to admissions during the first 5 hours of the shift. Be available to respond to urgent calls and provide skilled nursing care as needed. Qualifications Associate's degree in Nursing or higher. Minimum of four years of experience as a Community Hospice Nurse or five years in home health nursing. Live within reasonable driving distance to our service area (Chittenden and Grand Isle counties). Certification in hospice and palliative care preferred. On‑call availability required. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: min $39.17/hour, mid $49.27/hour, max $59.37/hour. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for external applicants.
