Pennsylvania Licensed IAM Security Analyst

To enhance role-based access management, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed IAM Security Analyst will provide technical support for customer account inquiries, resolve access-related issues, and recommend security improvements across various applications and technology platforms. Key responsibilities Provide technical support for customer account inquiries and resolve access-related incidents Recommend improvements to address security issues or gaps in access management Participate in project teams to complete complex assignments related to IAM functions Required qualifications Relevant experience with ServiceNow and strong familiarity with IAM High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience in lieu of education Epic Security certification or training for applicable systems Strong leadership skills for coordinating work and handling escalations Understanding of cybersecurity principles
