RN Case Manager: Care Coordination & Discharge Planning
The Valley Health System
The Valley Health System is seeking an RN for Utilization Management to coordinate safe discharge planning and timely utilization reviews in a busy hospital setting. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to maximize reimbursement and ensure quality outcomes across patient visits. Two-plus years in discharge planning, utilization management, or case management are preferred, with a Nevada nursing license and strong computer data management skills essential for success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
