Assistant General Manager | Osteria - Will Rogers International AirportThe Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting daily kitchen and restaurant operations while ensuring food quality, food safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment. This role focuses on recruiting, developing, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve high culinary and operational standards, maintain efficient kitchen execution, and support restaurant profitability.
