Join our healthcare partner in Claremont, NH, where you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team providing care to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Your ability to work independently and hit the ground running will be essential in this fast-paced setting.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including dress code and scheduling requirements

Requirements:

• Need 3 years experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry settings
• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation
• Previous travel and rural/small facility experience highly preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
