We are locally owned and owner-operated since 1987 We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply Speaking a second Language is a plus We are open 6am-3pm daily Great starting pay + tips, included paid training on-site Shifts can be flexible. Preferred set schedules Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista Enjoys a busy environment Outgoing Personality Inclusive and a Team Player High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Food Handlers Permit RS (level3) We will pay for this A person that is positive and willing to try new things 18 Years or Older Able to work until 4/4:30pm at the latest Good with People Good Listening skills Self Starter Caring and Compassionate with Others Wants to work 20+ Hours per week Likes to be clean, tidy, and Organized Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold beverages to perfection Using Barista tools and Following Recipes Willing to learn about coffee, tea and all preparation methods Being a Friendly face to our wonderful customers Maintain a clean and tidy work area throughout the day Understand and follow health and safety protocols established by LLCHD Interact with co-workers and customers professionally Stock, Clean, and organize barista station Serve Food Cash handling and use of Square Point of Sale Homebase Scheduling system App is required for your phone and more!
