Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and regulatory standards. Plan and coordinate major plant shutdown activities. Lead capital projects from scope development through execution and closeout. Manage projects ranging from approximately $5,000 to $50 million. Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, EHS, and external contractors. Support plant expansion and infrastructure initiatives. Maintain engineering documentation and technical drawings. Develop and maintain long‑range capital plans. Qualifications Needed Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments. Experience leading capital and infrastructure projects. Strong background in utility systems engineering and facility infrastructure. Strong knowledge of engineering compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects from concept through completion. Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, EHS, contractors, and engineering teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Food and beverage manufacturing experience. Aseptic manufacturing experience. FDA-regulated utility systems knowledge. CMMS experience, preferably Infor or Hexagon EAM. PE License. PMP Certification. Minimal travel capability (0–5%).
