In-House Counsel: Corporate Governance & Compliance

Seven Seas Water Group is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to support the legal needs of the enterprise, reporting to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.
You’ll own day-to-day corporate governance across our multi-entity structure, and you’ll draft, review, and negotiate the commercial agreements that keep the business running, including vendor and supplier contracts, services agreements, licenses, and NDAs.
