Administer therapeutic interventions (exercises, manual therapy, modalities such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, electrical stimulation). Educate patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to promote long‑term recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet rehabilitation goals. Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards. Maintain clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety guidelines. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) in the state at hire; eligibility to obtain license required. Valid or required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Compassionate care for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Physical dexterity: lift up to 30 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance; frequent standing, walking, bending, & moving patients. Salary Annual salary range: $70,000 – $100,000 (USD).
