Produce and install a wide variety of signs and graphics, including vinyl applications, large-format prints, and dimensional signage- Perform on-site installations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and professionalism when interacting with customers
- Interpret design files and specifications to ensure proper production and installation outcomes
- Collaborate with team members and, when needed, communicate directly with customers to clarify project requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and work environment
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot signage production and installation equipment
- Accurately track job progress and maintain both electronic and physical project records
- Assist with material preparation, finishing, and quality control checks
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and techniques within the sign industry
3–5+ years of experience in sign production, installation, or a related field preferred- Experience with vinyl creation and application required
- Familiarity with large-format digital printing preferred
- Design creativity and experience are a plus
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Experience with RIP (Raster Image Processor) software preferred
- Vehicle wrap installation experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of color management principles preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison) are highly desirable
- Proficient in the use of general shop tools and production equipment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
