Executive Assistant Contract (6 Months+)

Location: Sauk Rapids, MN

Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Overview

A growing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager (GM). This role is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, optimizing executive time, and supporting cross-functional coordination across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Manage a complex, global calendar, coordinating across multiple time zones and shifting priorities
• Maintain cadence for key meetings, operational reviews, and strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-through and accountability
• Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and agendas for executive meetings, customer engagements, and internal forums
• Serve as a professional point of contact between the GM office and global leaders, employees, and external partners
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up, completion, and visibility
• Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reporting with a high degree of accuracy
• Support internal communications to promote clarity, engagement, and alignment across the organization
• Partner with executive assistants and cross-functional teams, providing backup support as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, global environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and adaptability
• Experience working with leaders in complex, customer-facing or operational environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and service orientation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
