Facility and Location Facility: Bemidji 1611 Clinic Location: Bemidji, MN Address: 1611 Anne St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $24.00 - $34.50 Responsibilities Lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence in clinic operations as a Clinic Supervisor. Assist in implementing changes and processes to facilitate efficient, quality Patient Access services and meet department goals. Oversee day-to-day Patient Access operations which may include admissions, discharges, transfers (ADT), registration, scheduling, department appointments reporting, and EMR issues. Develop workflows for accurate patient data and support financial processes (pre-authorization, assistance for underinsured/insured patients, and government programs) to improve patient satisfaction. Collaborate with department management on procedural changes related to workflows, ADT modules, and reimbursements for private, state, and federal payers to ensure financial return. Collect, compile, and validate data; interpret data and create timely reports to aid departmental training. Distribute work to achieve goals, maintain accuracy and productivity, and meet deadlines within budget and timelines. Lead change management and communicate effectively to achieve organizational and departmental goals. Orient, train, schedule, evaluate, and provide ongoing continuing education; maintain staffing levels; mentor and empower staff; foster professional growth. Model professional leadership; demonstrate problem solving, decision making, and high-quality execution in complex situations. Qualifications Associate's degree in a healthcare or business-related field or 4 years of related experience required. Previous experience with health insurance is desired.
