Facility Details GSS MN Pipestone Com 1311 N Hiawatha Ave, Pipestone, MN 56164, USA Job Summary The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to residents during scheduled day shifts, providing resident‑centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). The NA delivers age‑appropriate care, assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital‑sign monitoring, and psychosocial support. The role includes transferring, positioning, and walking residents with proper technique, providing range‑of‑motion exercises, preparing food, assisting with meals, documenting resident interactions, and supporting housekeeping and recreation activities. The NA may also participate in departmental committees and task forces.
