HEOR Researcher

Seeking a well-rounded HEOR Researcher, this full-time remote position will focus on conducting research to analyze medication adherence, evaluate the impact of interventions, and quantify opportunities for improvement using real-world health data. Key responsibilities: Design and conduct studies to identify drivers of medication adherence and non-adherence Build and interpret multivariable statistical models to analyze significant factors affecting adherence across different populations Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Arine's programs on adherence, quality, and cost outcomes Required qualifications: Master's degree in Economics, Health Economics, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred) 3+ years of experience conducting research with real-world healthcare data at a population level Hands-on proficiency with SQL, R, and Python for data manipulation and analysis Strong applied statistics skills, including building and interpreting multivariable models Working knowledge of causal inference methods for observational data analysis
