Impactful Housing Stability Case Manager
Low Income Housing Institute
The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) seeks a Supportive Services Case Manager in Seattle, WA, to assist formerly homeless individuals in obtaining permanent supportive housing. You will conduct intake assessments, develop housing stability plans with residents, coordinate with community agencies, provide brief counseling, and connect clients to benefits while maintaining records and reporting.
This full-time position requires English fluency, relevant degrees, and the ability to work with
