Job Summary The eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer orders are filled accurately, and with high‑quality, safe products. These individuals manage the workflow of fellow fulfillment specialists to ensure orders are ready for pick‑up or delivery in a timely manner. Responsibilities Prioritize and supervise daily workflow of in‑store fulfillment teams. Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently within expected timelines. Resolve customer issues fairly, equitably and in a timely manner. Assist with weekly scheduling of in‑store fulfillment teams. Provide on‑going training and support for fellow team members. Communicate all department standards, policies, and procedures to all fulfillment associates. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role. Must possess previous experience in a customer‑oriented industry. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Possess a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on innovation. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously to meet required deadlines. Excellent time management and organization skills. Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Possess computer and smart phone skills (Android). Must be familiar with Google Docs, proficient with email, and the ability to learn computer‑based systems. Be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing. Possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekend and evening hours. Interviewing experience a plus.
