Pay: $120 per completed assessment + mileage

Schedule: Flexible weekdays | No evenings, weekends, or on-call

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (PRN)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Annual Wellness Visits and chronic condition assessments. This is an ongoing PRN opportunity designed for NPs seeking flexible scheduling and reliable additional income .

What We Offer

$120 per completed assessment + mileage
Flexible weekday scheduling
Typically 4 5 visits per day, based on availability
Visits available immediately
Paid training and streamlined onboarding
Dedicated scheduling, coordinator, EMR, and tech support
No evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home wellness and chronic care assessments
Perform focused histories, physical exams, vitals, medication reviews, and screenings
Provide patient education on preventive and chronic disease management
Complete accurate documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Washington NP license
3+ years of patient care experience preferred
Comfortable working independently and using EMR systems
In-home or risk-adjustment experience preferred

Role Expectations

Minimum 30 hours per month , ongoing
Consistent availability and reliable completion of scheduled visits
Daily travel within a 55-mile radius of the assigned county
